How to Lead Chair Laughter Yoga & Wellbeing Laughter Classes for Seniors.

I have been joyfully and creatively leading chair Laughter classes in-person and online for over 10 years. I've taught in senior centers, retirement communities, independent and assisted living facilities and more. Laughed with fully able bodied folks as well as clients with head or body injuries, Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. In this class "How to Lead Chair Laughter Yoga & Wellbeing Laughter Classes for Seniors" I will share how I have creatively woven my background in the performing arts, the healing arts, and the art of laughter into joyful experiences for thousands of seniors over the years.
