"Robert came to our school in August to work with our 20 Infant, Toddler, and Preschool teachers. We worked on Stress relief through movement, laughter, and reflection. It was a wonderful day filled with new experiences and lots of joyful laughter.
Robert is engaging and energetic. He showed us many different techniques to use during the day for ourselves as well as with the children. We learned attention-getters such as, “Very good, very good, yay!” We use this in the classrooms often, and the children are very familiar with it.
We also learned some meditation, movement, and breathing routines to begin our day with the right mindset to work with young children.
I would recommend Robert to any group looking for a fun, meaningful, and stress-reducing workshop." - Sue Houde, Executive Director, Riverside Children’s Center

Wellbeing Laughter and Stress Relief Comments:
The entire Robert Rivest presentation was excellent. His exercises are something I will incorporate into my daily routine. Wellbeing Laughter was very engaging and immediately beneficial. Robert taught me a few good movements I can utilize to wake my body up and keep it feeling fresh and not stagnant. I really enjoyed his breathing techniques, especially when you breathe in deeply and as you exhale you throw your hands down towards the floor as if you are throwing all the bad things off and away from you. The laughter yoga presentation was something I had never heard of or experienced before, and I think we all had a good time.
And I am still laughing form the Wellbeing Laughter, ha ha ha he he he!!!!
The importance of laughter. I plan on continuing to have it in my daily life.
